On Saturday, 8 teams became 2009 State Champions in Football! There were some close games that left  fans in tears and in jubilation. Listed below are the scores from all the Championship games.

4AA: Butler 48 - Jack Britt 17  

4A: Asheville Reynolds 13 - Harnett Central 12

3AA: Belmont South Point 48 - South Johnston 28

3A: West Rowan 28 - Eastern Alamance 21

2AA: Reidsville 28 - Newton-Conover 6

2A: Tarboro 28 - Burnsville Mountain Heritage 6

1AA: Albemarle 45 - Southwest Onslow 21

1A: Wallace Rose Hill 38 - Mount Airy 37 (OT)

Corso, Herbstreit, And Howard Say Thanks! Dustin Corso, Seth Herbstreit, and Damien Howard all finished 6-2 in the State Championship picks. We all missed the Mount Airy pick against Wallace Rose Hill. Herbstreit and Howard missed the Harnett Central pick against Asheville Reynolds.
